This document contains the texts of the ASIA-PACIFIC FISHERY COMMISSION (APFIC) Agreement, as last amended at the Twenty-Fifth Session of the Commission (Seoul, Republic of Korea, 15-24 October 1996) and approved by the FAO Council at its Hundred and Twelfth Session (Rome, Italy, 2-7 June 1997). The document also includes the rules of procedure for the Commission.
